Plant has finely dissected, narrow bipinnate leaves.  It is low growing with spreading rhizomes.  It has small daisy like flowers.  It produces fewer blooms than German Chamomile.  Blooms are used in teas to aid in digestion and as a gentle sleep inducer.  It grows 10-14" tall in sun to part shade.  Perennial.  Zone 5-8.
