Plant has 1" long dark green leaves with white flowers.  The leaves have a slight mint flavor that can be used in teas, perfumes, soaps, salads, soups, or cooking.  Leaves are used fresh or dried.  Hyssop has antiviral properties that help treat colds, coughs and flu and used commonly with horehound.  It grows 18-24" tall in full sun to part shade in well drained soil.  Perennial.  Zone 3-9.
