Plant has fern-like gray, green foliage with lavender-blue flowers in the summer.  It is deer and rabbit resistant and flowers attract bees and butterflies.  It grows 30-40" tall in full sun to part shade. Lavenders need to be grown in well drained soil to prevent root rot. Leaves have a unique sweet aroma. Perennial.  Zone 7-11.
