Plant has soft, fuzzy, light green leaves with a sweet apple scent.  It has white to light pink flowers in the summer.  Leaves can be used in jellies, teas, drinks, candies or cooking.  It grows 20-30" tall in full sun to part shade in well drained soil.  Mints need to be confined or will outgrow beds.  Perennial  Zone 5-9.
