Plant has 1-2" long bronze, dark green leaves with a strong cooling menthol aroma and flavor.  Leaves are used fresh or dried in teas, drinks, flavorings and cooking.  It has a good disease resistance and high oil content.  It grows 18-24" tall in full sun to part shade in well drained soil.  Mints need to be confined or will outgrow beds.  Perennial.  Zone 4-9.
