Leaves are flat, dark green and are used fresh or dried to flavor salads, soups, sauces, stews and stuffings. Plant grows 10-15" tall by 8-12" wide in full sun to part shade. Grow in a shadier and cooler location during the summer months in the South and in full sun during the fall and winter months. Biennial plant.
