Plant has 3" long silvery-gray leaves with blue flowers in the summer. Leaves are used fresh or dried to flavor poultry, meats, sausages, sauces and stuffings.  It grows 24-30" tall by 18-24" wide in full sun in well drained soil. Sage's do not require a lot of water.  Perennial zone 5-9.
